Meet The Staff

Ken Lebbon is a dreamer and makes dreams come true using strategic planning
and management. As Executive Director for CURES for Chester, Ken has been instrumental in
increasing the organizational and mission capacity in several areas. Ken’s passion for progress and inclusion of all communities is his key to success
as a leader and ambassador for CURES for Chester.

Susanne Strickland Nazian serves as the Development Director. She previously served as 

President of the Board of Directors of CURES for Chester. She has been with CURES as Assistant Executive Director and Development Director from 2019 to the present. She is a retired Unitarian Universalist minister. Susanne regards her work with CURES as a ministry, helping her home town to prosper, and find peace and joy for all its people. Her vision is of the beloved community of which Dr. King spoke so many years ago.
