SPECIAL PROJECTS
CURES has been, is now, and will be, involved in many projects throughout Chester. We use these development projects to further our goal of restoring Chester back to a vibrant and bustling city. Below you can find the latest updates and showcases of our completed and ongoing projects.

CURES for Chester Offices
Cures bought and renovated the old livery stable at 114 Columbia Street. It now serves as the base of operations and home office for CURES. We are currently planning and working on expanding and developing the building further to provide office space for any business that may need it.

Pickney Street Restoration
CURES headed a restoration project on a home on Pickney street right here in Chester. This home was then sold at an affordable price through our "Safe Homes" project. All of the proceeds from that project were then used to fund another important project here in Chester.

Chester Event Center
The proceeds from our Pickney Street project were used to lease a building in the middle of downtown Chester which we restored from a decrepit abandoned bank building to a beautiful and affordable venue that can be rented for a very affordable price. This gives people in Chester an opportunity to host luxurious events even when gaining access to a further or more expensive venue is not possible.
