Our organization, Citizens United for the Redevelopment and Economic Stability for Chester, has been and continues to be leading the mission to restore the once bustling city of Chester, SC to it's former beauty and prosperity. We believe that this old town is meant for great things and we will not rest until it has surpassed it's shining past and secures a bright and shining future. We do this by continuing our involvement with several projects throughout Chester in efforts to redevelop business, rehabilitate housing, construct and support recreational facilities, and support educational opportunities. Together, we can make a huge difference in the lives of our population and continue along the path of continued redevelopment and stability for Chester, SC.

Citizens United for Redevelopment and Economic Stability, a South Carolina nonprofit
corporation provides service to the people of South Carolina being a force for building a community to be proud of with confidence that the City of Chester is on the right path toward continued community
and economic development, through beautification, revitalization, and oversight.
The Organization’s purpose is to redevelop business, rehabilitate housing, construct and support recreational facilities, and support educational opportunities to promote a higher standard of living and community development for the City of Chester’s residents and visitors.
